We start by measuring, not by selling you software.
Teams that adopt AI with an outside partner reach production roughly twice as often as teams doing it alone. The reason is not the software. It is that somebody does the unglamorous work of finding out what is actually happening first.
Review
You issue a read-only credential. We read your cloud account and your model traffic and write a report in three parts: what you pay for and what it should cost; who and what can reach production; and which models fit which workloads. Every figure sits beside the provider's own, and every gap in what we could read is named.
You keep the report whether or not we work together afterwards.
Build
We learn your products, your infrastructure and your workflows, then build what the review called for: the agents, the automations, the sign-on and access controls. On your keys and your models, in your environment or ours. Nothing goes live without a named person approving it.
Run
We operate what we built. Each month you get the ledger: what ran, what it cost, what it would have cost without us, and what we still could not see. It improves with use, because every resolved task is recorded as resolved and every hourly read adds to what it knows about your estate.
Rules we hold ourselves to.
Written down because a client should be able to check them, not because they sound good.
Show the provider's number
When we report your cloud or AI spend, the figure that leads is the one printed in your own console. Ours sits beside it, labelled, for attribution. A number we computed is a different claim from a number the provider states, and we never show the first where you expect the second.
Name what we could not read
An inventory that does not say where it stopped looking reads as complete. Every report lists the services we could not read and the permission that would include them. The gap becomes somebody's next ten minutes rather than a false all-clear.
Propose before acting
Anything that changes production or moves money shows its diff and waits for a person. That tier cannot be set to approve itself, and we will not build it so that it can.
No commission from vendors
We do not resell clouds or models and take nothing from them. Sometimes the review's answer is that you should stay exactly where you are.
Keys stay in your cloud
The component that holds your credential runs inside your account and sends back results, never the key. Our control plane cannot be compelled to produce something it never had.
