Smart Secure Services Book a review

Conductor. The platform every engagement is delivered on.

One login showing a business its whole technical estate: what is running, who can reach it, what it costs, and what the AI layer did on its behalf. Take one module or all four.

Two halves that answer different questions.

One half reads the infrastructure you already run, with a read-only credential, every hour. The other sits between your team, your agents and the models you already pay for. They share a ledger, so the cost of running something and the cost of asking about it stop being separate conversations.

Survey

What you have, and what is wrong with it. Machines, disks, databases, load balancers, public addresses, security groups, certificates by days to expiry, keys past ninety days, identities nobody uses, resources idling with a monthly cost against them. Findings cite the requirement they sit under.

Every run also records what it could not read and which permission would close the gap. We would rather tell you where we stopped looking than hand you an inventory that looks complete and is not.

Access

Who may touch what, and the recording to prove it. One sign-on for the console, the servers and the AI tools. Scoped by role, a certificate issued per session, and the session recorded. Mutual TLS between components, secrets held in a vault, least privilege throughout.

The same choices that become SOC 2 and PCI DSS controls, so the evidence is a by-product of using it.

Conductor

The AI layer, and the cost of it. An endpoint your apps, IDEs and agents point at by changing one setting. Trivial input is answered before a model is involved. What your estate actually looks like goes into the model's context as reference data. A tenant that registers its own models is served from those and nothing else.

Every request lands on the ledger, whether or not a model was called, which is the only way "what we avoided" can be a number rather than a claim.

Jobs

The work, actually done. Key rotation, patching, certificate renewal, access review, signing-key rotation. Every job proposes first, shows its diff, and waits at the approval gate. The tier that changes production or moves money can never be set to approve itself.

This is the distance between "we found forty things wrong" and "they are fixed", and it is why the rest exists.

Where the secrets live.

The rule for every client: the credential never leaves your cloud. A small component runs inside your account, holds the key, makes the signed calls, and sends back results. Our side holds the storage, the rules, the findings, the console. It never holds your key and cannot be made to produce it.

Outbound onlyYour side opens the connection. Nothing listens, no inbound rule, no allowlist to keep current.
Read-only by defaultWrites are a separate tier with a separate credential, off unless you turn them on.
Per-tenant isolationYour models, your keys, your data. Structurally unreachable from any other tenant's, or ours.
One ledgerCloud spend, model spend, and what was avoided, in the same table, with the provider's own figure beside ours.

See it against your own estate.

The review runs Survey against your account, read-only. The report is yours to keep.
